We will be using BackerKit to manage pledges and EasyShip Collect to manage shipping and fulfillment costs after the campaign. Due to the current volatility of shipping costs, shipping payments will be collected in EasyShip Collect well after the end of the campaign, close to our ship date, and will be based on actual shipping costs incurred. This will allow us to present the most accurate and up-to-date prices to pass savings on to you, our valued backers. Here's how it will work: 1. You will receive an email from BackerKit a few weeks after the campaign to confirm your pledge and add any additional items you would like. In the BackerKit survey, you will be able to: Confirm your pledge. Add any additional items you would like to purchase. 2. A few weeks before fulfillment, you will receive an email from EasyShip Collect. In the EasyShip Collect survey, you will be able to: Pay for shipping costs on the spot Choose from three different carriers: Cheapest, Fastest, Hybrid (Best Value) Pay for taxes and duties (if due) on the spot as well to avoid delays. Have the ability to add shipping insurance to the package Please be aware that the shipping rate estimates provided in the table below are only approximations for our different pledge levels (including stretch goals). Please be aware that the prices mentioned do not include any optional buys you may select, which could result in an increase in cost. Final charges for shipping and sales tax or VAT (where applicable) will be determined based on actual shipping costs incurred. As of right now, we will be fulfilling all orders from hubs in the United States, EU, Canada, UK, and Australia. Orders from any other regions will be fulfilled from our hub in the United States. If we receive enough backers from any additional region, we may be able to offer lower shipping rates for those backers as well via new shipping hub options. Note that, in compliance with California sales tax law, we will be required to charge sales tax in BackerKit for backers living within California. Also in compliance with EU and UK laws, VAT will be charged in EasyShip Collect for EU and UK backers. We cannot provide an accurate estimate of sales tax/VAT total since charges vary by location and are based on the total price of the order plus shipping costs. These rates will be determined accurately by the pledge manager and shipping manager.   The full sales tax/VAT to be charged on each pledge will be clearly displayed in our pledge manager or shipping manager before final shipping confirmation. Unfortunately, import laws prohibit us from shipping games to certain countries. WE DO NOT SHIP TO: Iran, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Venezuela, Afghanistan, and Cuba. Please note that we can only guarantee delivery for pledges that are confirmed in BackerKit and EasyShip Collect within the specified deadlines. Unfortunately, we won't be able to deliver unconfirmed pledges once the pledge manager closes.
